In addition to the free online Stress Reduction class on Thursday, March 19, at 6:00 pm and Sunday, March 22 at 4:00 pm. US Mountain Time, I am offering free mindful movement mini classes via Facebook Live every day this week! Since all the in-person classes are canceled, let’s take advantage of the time to do some mindful movement!

Remember to sign up if you’d like to participate in the Thursday or Sunday free stress reduction class. All you need is a computer, tablet or smartphone with an internet connection, speakers or headphones and a microphone (optional). (Most devices nowadays have these included.) Once you sign up you’ll receive the link to participate.

In this six-week series you’ll learn and have the opportunity to practice the basics of this holistic technique that will help you to access ease and balance in your daily life. Learn how you can care for your health by developing skills of in-the-body, in-the-moment presence and the ability to choose your reactions to demanding situations. This class will address the whole mind-body self as we explore ways of redirecting excess, unconscious effort to effectively reduce stress and stress-induced tension.

Preventing Persistent Pain online class
Tuesdays 6:00 – 7:00 PM March 31 – April 28

In this five-week series you’ll learn and have the opportunity to practice the basics of this holistic technique that will help you to access ease and balance in your daily life. The class will combine lecture and discussion with experiential sections based on the Alexander Technique. Activities will be meditative in nature as well as exploration of gentle, easy movement. We will explore the principles of the Alexander Technique to help you learn to release unnecessary muscle tension, reduce stress and use your body in a way that supports pain prevention, management and reduction.

Posture Perfect! Online Course

Learn how you can improve your posture for greater comfort, balance, ease and presence in this 6-week series.

Mindful Movement online class
Tuesdays 10:00 – 11:00 AM in March

Gentle movement class that encourages increased body awareness, release of excess tension and appropriate muscle tone for increased freedom and ease of movement.

Private Online Alexander Technique Sessions
