Posture & Movement Training

for Dental Professionals

Pain and discomfort should not define your career!

If you suffer from pain or discomfort related to your work, you are not alone! Prolonged, static and less than optimal working postures lead to tissue damage that builds up over time. Cumulative trauma occurs when postures and movements are not in line with biomechanical design, resulting in musculoskeletal disorders.

Evidence based, cause oriented training and prevention

DiscoverEase in Movement Posture & Movement Training for Dental Professionals provides your team with the knowledge and skills to identify and change harmful habitual postures to improve musculoskeletal health.

“As a dentist I contort myself to see my patients, which causes neck and back pain. Mari has really helped me to learn how to use my body the way my body wants to move to take care of myself.”
