Fue una experiencia sumamente enriquecedora poder conectar con mi cuerpo, parar y escucharlo.
Pude relajar y concientizar partes de mi cuerpo que, hacía tiempo, estaban adormecidas, relegadas y dañadas.
Identifiqué posiciones que forzaban mi cuerpo y que durante años creía “cómodas”.
Luego de la sesión pude descansar como hacía tiempo no lograba! Durante el día pude estar más consciente y conectada con mi cuerpo eligiendo cuidarlo y no forzarlo. Mi cuello (suelo sufrir intenso dolor cervical) está más relajado y puedo elegir no tensarlo. Descubrir que lo que hacía automáticamente y de modo no consciente, es posible cambiar, modificar y sanar.
Una experiencia transformadora y reveladora de auto cuidado y disfrute! Algo tan esencial e importante para vivir distinto en mi tiempo presente.
Gracias Mari por tu calidez y por la claridad en la explicación de esta técnica bella y sutíl, para buscar la mejor manera de usar el cuerpo a favor de lo que hacemos.

Muchísimas gracias por darnos el valor de esta experiencia! Descubrí una manera diferente de vivir que se siente mucho mejor estando con una comunicación a consciencia despierta y en conexión con mi cuerpo.
Aún asombrada de todo el amor y el afecto que se llega a vivenciar solo con la intensión de aceptarnos hasta la última molécula tal cual somos.

Quiero super recomendar esta técnica para conectarse con uno mismo desde un lugar nuevo e impensado, de mucha liviandad y consciencia, con la posibilidad de cortar patrones automáticos de acción y pensamiento. Además la persona que lo da es encantadora.
Te va colocando en unas posturas que te estiran suavemente y vos te vas sintiendo muy liviana, como si fueras tu otro-yo-liviano que no conocías y empezás a moverte de esa manera, entonces pensás distinto! Es genial. Es maravilloso!
